Welcome to my homepage, it is nice to have you here. My name is Miklós Balaskó, I am a BIM and digital twin expert, as well as a project lead architect with more than a decade of experience in the industry. I hold a master degree in architecture and economics and have worked on projects in six countries, including Hungary, Spain, Russia, Mexico, Switzerland and Germany.

As an architect and CEO of Miarma Architecture Ltd, I am proud to have led the award-winning Budapest One office building project and collaborating with some of the most prominent architectural studios in Hungary. My work has allowed me to coordinate several large-scale projects utilizing BIM workflows, and I consider myself fortunate to have contributed to the renovation of iconic Hungarian landmarks such as the Hungarian Parliament and the National House of Opera.

My close collaboration with P&P has been particularly rewarding, leading to the founding of Paulinyi & Partners Innovations. Our focus is on enhancing the efficiency of construction investments. As a managing partner and development lead, my expertise encompasses model-based budgeting, energy concepts, retrofit, construction simulations, and quality assurance. Sharing knowledge is a passion of mine, and I have enjoyed speaking at various conferences and universities. When I am not immersed in architecture I find joy in crossfit, mountain climbing, gardening, and playing the guitar.
